Hi LBC staff, Good day! I would like to ask if what are your opening and closing hours during this ECQ In Manila???? I went to LBC ESPANA BRANCH near cebuana lhuiller at exactly 3pm but your guy staff rudely told me that they are already close and they are until 2pm only and they are just inside chitchatting. I wonder if its close why the shop is still open but not operating? He suggested that I should go to the mall and not to other branches near the vicinity. I remembered that there is a branch in Trabajo Market. Then I walked and went to LBC TRABAJO BRANCH, good thing they are still accepting customers for the delivery of my document. They are so nice because they are still open until 5pm, very industrious employees. May I ask if it is true that this particular branch in ESPANA is the only branch which has 2pm cut off everyday for this ECQ? Kindly clarify this to me because it is very inconvenient on my part.
