I use a small office at regus and I am continuously being tortured with errors on my invoices for 3 months and now they have directly charged money from my card for an invoice that has been already paid as a bank transfer. What is frustrating me the most is, all the staff in Regus I have communicated is helplessly telling me they are unable to do anything but would have certainly reversed these errors if they were capable. I was escalated to a lady who has also been helpless for the past few weeks. I have sent emails after emails regarding this and the accounts department is just making more and more errors. Can I please be put in touch with someone capable? Can I talk directly to one of the directors?
