Service request pending from 27th April

Dear sir, I had purchased your product named Euro Clean MopnVac in Jun 2020 which have 2 yrs warranty. Product is not working now due to some fault. I created service request dated 27th April 2021. But yet I didn't receive any response from your side. I heard that your service is so quick. Also I'm considering current pandemic situation. But not expect this delay. Hope you understand priorities and if service is not possible, please replace the product. If you don't consider emergency, in future I'll afraid to buy eureka product.
