Update by user Jul 19, 2021 Im not so sure the email reached the proper department. I received an email stating it could not be delivered and I would get an update if it wasn't. Verizon has not tried to contact me on the matter. I didnt expect them to. I had an issue with a tech and had gotten through to his manager. The manager basically pushed it under the rug and that tech still has his job even though he blatantly went against company policy. Verizon will cover up what they can to save their image. Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2021 The driver was driving at least 20 miles an hour over the speed limit passing in and out if traffic cut people off nearly rear ending someone, and almost he almost ran me off the road. I caught up with him at several red lights where he again took off at a high rate pushing against the car in front of him to get that person out if his way. He almost rear ended another person who was stopping at a red light.
