Ive had an order processing for a full week now and not shipped. Did I mention I pay $99/ month to have discounts and EXPEDITED shipping?! NOT WORTH IT. Sure, good prices, but dont expect them to ever be on time and DEFINITELY be sure your business isnt relying on them or you wont have a business. Or at least the product you NEED! Ive lost money from scheduling tradesman that charge you if you cancel which Ive had to do again because shipping was delayed. But again webstaurantstore will just pass the buck on and put on the people they buy from or FedEx their shipper. The more I use, the more dissatisfied I get. Sticking to my local vendors now. They actually care.
