Service is not good

I purchased a Bluetooth wireless headphones and they don't work and I'm having a hard time reaching someone for a refund this is the worst service I ever dealt with before I will never order anything else with you guys again User's recommendation: Don’t order anything with this company it’s a waste of your money and it’s hard to get a refund back.
