In 2/21 I made a down payment of 400 for 2 bedroom complete sets and sofa love seat along with kitchen dinette set. Was told it would take 2-4 wks to get it to location in Alamogordo. In the end of March I paid it in full close to 5 grand. Was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks again. April moved into my new apartment. Waited for furniture nothing. End of April called said it would be 2 weeks before it would all arrive. Received sofa love seat 1 head board and foot board. 2 box springs and mattresses and 1 bed frame. June called after constantly not receiving call backs was told it would be June 4 the all was to be delivered 2 week of June. Called June and told would be July 26. I would like some closure to this and compensated. My furniture upon down payment was suppose to be here already it's been going on 6 months. I am aware that I can sue this company for false misrepresentation and be awarded punitive damages for having to sleep on a hard floor for over a month at a time and have nowhere to sit in my home. I feel that someone other then the feedback I'm getting should step in to find out what when and where is the rest of my furniture.
