My cruise for the holidays was very disappointing 1. Ladies locker room bathroom in the Spa dirty and wet the dirty towel Cart in locker room full beyond capacity, the floor wet and slippery. Spa floors dirty, mats broken 2. Poor Vegetarian menu and almond milk only available for purchase 3. 3rd floor restaurant my time staff slow and rude 4. Complementary robes when dirty they get taken away but never brought back
