Bought this chair during the pandemic to work from home with. Normal usage. Just after the 1-year warranty was up, the chair started peeling. Ok, I can deal with a little. Every week it gets worse and worse. I called to see if Serta would stand behind their product, but they will not. They can sell me new parts for it. I'm very disappointed that an office chair has done this and is turning into crap. This is thin vinyl, not at all the leather that was described. User's recommendation: Good for short term use, do not buy if you expect it to be usable for more than a year.
