Good afternoon, My electric induction stove stop working after doing a self-cleaning and I contacted this company about 10-15 times and the issue still not resolve. they send me two different companies technician and they both told me that its un-repairable which Frigidaire should know by now but when I call Frigidaire they keep telling me that the touch board/ main board etc needs to be replace so they will keep sending people to my apartment to tell me the same thing " its not working" they have change the touch pannel/ board control and everything that they could more than 3 times and its about 3 months. I never get to speak with a supervisor and they never resolve my issue, it seems that the warranty is for nothing.
