Sent wrong pap items.

I ordered replacement items for a F20 mask system large and received a new F30 mask with two replacement cushions. I specifically asked for the F20 stuff and mentioned that I tried a F30 last time and preferred the F20. It appears that someone decided I should have the other mask for some reason. I will keep the wrong stuff since my billings have been screwed up most times I received them. Last time I received supplies I didn't order and returned them and I was billed for the returned items and the ins co refused to pay for the replacement items. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. I will be going to sleep technologies next time I am eligible for supplies. . User's recommendation: Find another company.
