I ordered from OJCommerce through Walmart.com. Had I known I wasn't buying direct from Walmart I would never have gone through with the purchase. I ordered a cement planter and received paper disposable plates. Their team was completely incompetent, asking me to get the weight of the box, the size of the box, the UPC code from the box, pictures of outside and inside of box, my address and the return address from the shipment. They also were blaming FedEx and insisting the issue is with them not with OJCommerce. Apparently my new item is supposed to ship on 5/15 (for an item that was supposed to ship in March), we will see if this actually happens and they still are asking me to take this up with FedEx. So incompetent. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
