I ordered an Bio ionic curling iron. It came defective the button to turn on... goes on and off. Cant keep the heat at full temperature. I returned it, to get a replacement but they said its not defective. So instead they took 30% restocking fee. I only got back $44 from the full price of $77. I never had anyone not do this to me before. I also get what I pay for. If not get a full refund.worst COMPANY IN The WORLD.
