We purchased a sensory deprivation tank for our spa from Rick @ Spiritual Quest about a year ago. From start to finish the entire experience was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!! That ended in a piece of equipment that doesn't work and an loss of around $20k after all was said and done! Upon arrival the deprivation tank came with no user manual, no instructions, NOTHING! Not only that... the until was poorly made and looked nothing like how it appeared on Spiritual Quests' website! When contacting Rick regarding our concerns with the tank - his costumer service was WORSE THAN TERRIBLE... for a product that cost $15k!!!! There was rust in and on the pod and filtration unit. The lid didn't stay open. The motor went bad after just a month of use - in which we had to replace. The tank leaked multiple times. We hired several electricians, plumbers, pool/spa guys and even a contractor... all who said how poorly this machine was made and were not able to get it to operate properly. After about a year of trying to get the tank to operate we finally decided to stop putting money into the machine and stop using the service. There was ZERO customer support from Rick and Spiritual Quest... ZERO!!! He was rude, arrogant, unapologetic and even cursed at us. Learn from us and DO NOT EVER do business with this company!!
