Respected, This is to request to the concerned authority at decathelon that I have purchased a sport shoes from your Lucknow, UP store on 5th march 2019. It is just 4 months from the date of purchase and my shoes have been torned from the edges. This is so unprofessional of decathelon to sell such non-durable products. I will be highly obliged if the concerned authority take cognizance of the situation and resolve the issue at first hand.
