Self-checkout is a rip off, we as customers, not knowingly, are actually working for Walmart. We still stand in long lines waiting to gain access, we take our items from the shopping cart, we scan and bag, paying the same price for goods that customer pay who do not use the self-checkouts. There are no added incentives offered to the customers who use self-checkouts. However, on the other hand, Walmart saves and profits because the business does not have to hire and pay additional employees. I strongly recommend Walmart offer at least a 10% discount on purchases for those customers who use SELF-CHECKOUTS???
