First incident happened last year. They owed me a refund for pants they claim they didn't received. Which is strange because i sent two pair together but they received one of them. Only refunded for one! So after emailing back and forth no resolution. Still have not received a refund. That was a year ago. So after that incident i said i would never shop with them. So a year later i gave in. I ordered a lot of items. Low and behold something else is wrong. They forget my belt. I emailed them 6 times. I got a response asking for my invoice sends a pics within a few min. After that no response! That was almost two weeks ago! Im done they will never get another dime from me with this company period! User's recommendation: Think about it before you order.
