Sent a detailed e-mail to you at news@***g .com. I've been using your service for years w no problems and have been very satisfied. The fact that Sling was unable to rectify my problem was very disappointing and I feel that you should be able to fix my issue. Your tech rep. Just said sorry your out of luck I guess and with that informed him I wished to cancel my account. I'm dismayed that so little effort was made to keep me as a customer. My card was charged that day, please credit me. User's recommendation: Don't use this service if they're not concerned enough to insure they are providing you with what u need.
