This company is completely horrible to deal with, and has stolen $480 from me. Over a year ago, I bought some Advanage cleaning supplies from some young fast-talking salesmen that were associated with this company. They looked to be about 17 and were dressed as complete thugs. They didn't give me a choice of how much Advanage I wanted, they just told me the amount I was to pay after I specifically heard one of them say "I'm going to beat her *** Now, I became frightened because I was actually 24 weeks pregnant at the time and hearing him say that made me fear for my unborn daughter's life (who is now 8 months old). I really did think they were going to assault me if I didn't buy this product. I called the International Sales Inc and spoke to Rhonda after specifically following EXACT protocol of returning the product to get a refund on the back of my receipt that I found. I sent them a photocopy of the receipt within 3 days of the original purchase (which is the protocol of returning and getting a refund). Rhonda personally came on August 17th, 2012 to pick the product up. I gave her the product, and she personally assured me that I would get a refund in the mail in about a week. She apologized for the thuggish behavior of her sales representatives and explained "Well, when they refer to beating someone's butt, they mean they are going to make a big sale." BS. I haven't even heard of that phrase before used in that way, so I didn't believe her. Well, 5-6 weeks later, NO REFUND had showed up yet! My husband called the company twice and both times they said they would call my cell phone when the lady who picked up the product would be back in the office. Not once have they returned our calls. They stole our money and are a bunch of crooks! SHADY company! I ended up filing a complaint with the BBB 4 months after they promised a refund. I didn't even get a response from this company so I filed another BBB report 2 months ago. STILL no response or refund and it has been over one year. I learned my lesson from getting intimidated into buying stuff from threatening young men. I will never open my door for anyone again.
