Back in September 4th 2018 - Purchased two propane tanks with installation from www.thriftypropane.com for amount of $2958.38. So far I have not received anything. Multiple emails and phone calls were not returned, Any attempts to have money refunded were unsuccessful. Further internet research shows large amount of people falling into their scam. I am writing to you and asking for criminal investigation and protecting other citizens Thank You
