Scam purchase

I purchased a set of headphones that arrived broken. After 3 emails and no response, I contacted BBB. Only after reaching out to BBB did they respond to me. They said to send the headphones back and that after inspection I would receive a refund, however I didnt receive a refund after paying to ship them back. Now I am out over $65 and they have their merchandise back to scam someone else with. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from this company.
