I ordered a waist trainer back on march 14th, it is now june 5th and have not received my order. after i waited 4 weeks for delivery like the email said i contacted them by email. for over a month we have been emailing back and forth, yet i have got no real help at all. i get the same excuse every time, oh we cant provide tracking, we can refund your money, we cant tell you what date you will receive it. our systems are down, we made a mistake sending, we tracked the package and re routed and you should have it soon. STILL NO DELIVERY!!!!! And they refuse to provide so called tracking. This is a total scam, thank god it was only $12 but still. My last email to them i was furious, but i know i wont be getting anything from them and now will have to call my bank to dispute the charges.
