Dear sir/madam, I recently purchased your eye cream from your store in the Venetian is Las Vegas and and utterly appalled that what I have come home with is definitely not what was tried on me in the store. Your sales people were extremely pushy and I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I have since seen the reviews on trust pilot and this seems to be a ongoing theme. Please reimburse me the $217 that l appear to have be scammed out of. If I have not heard back within 7 days I will be seeking legal advice. Yours faithfully, Lucy Bath
