I bought this system 2 years ago brand new and have taken excellent care of it and still paying on it. The system shuts down as soon as system starts to be used. Aarons sent a guy to check on system and they sent another system less quality then mine. The guy didnt even check system to see what was going on. He just said he was coming to take the samsung giga and had a loaner to deliver. He took the samsung giga one speaker at a time and brought the other one in but when he gave me paperwork it stated it was a permanent exchange and i told him i was not agreeing to this. Instead of bringing down the samsung giga as he had taken it one speaker at a time he tried to bring the whole system at the same time. He could not hold on to both speakers and receiver so one of the speakers fell and broke. He ended up taking both systems back and i went to store to see what they were going to do because if exchange was going to be done it had to be something similar to the one being taken or better. They want to exchange it for a used one which i don't know what condition is it in or who had it or if it has been taken care of as well as i have mine. There is another system which is the same price as mine when i bought it. But they are telling me even with all the money i have already pay i still would have to make 8 more payments on it. If the rep had been honest from the beginning and had told me the truth that the system was not going to be fixed and the system he had on the truck was a permanent exchange. i would have told him not to touch my system and i would have sent it for repair thru Samsung myself. But for since they were trying to be sneaky and tried to make me accept an exchange under false pretenses now all this problem is going on.
