Horrable customer service

well…where do i begin. I purchased a automotive part from racepages.com. To return it seemed easy enough…but it is not. it started on7/16/11..followed there instructions to the letter. now 3 weeks later,4 customer service emails. still nothing. they do not know where it is…or they can't find it…or ups lost it…or i did not send it.There is... Racepages – worst customer service

I have 7 cars in my household and end up buying a lot of parts on line. On occasion I have ordered parts from autoparts warehouse, partstrain, Dr. auto parts and most recently from racepages.com.
