Refrigerator is 8 months old and freezer fan went out. I called Samsung and was not happy that they scheduled repairs 3 days out. However, Lakes repairman showed up as promised and I couldn't be happier w/Troy Legg. It was late in the evening when he arrived and I knew he had worked a long day. Troy had a great jovial attitude, replaced the fan & fridge is working great! Looking back I wish I would have contacted Lakes first.
