While there are a few decent stylists at Ulta, don't be fooled by their designer levels. The higher the level, the more experienced the stylist and the more you will pay. It is so not worth it. My hair is damaged and nothing like what I continued to ask for. I felt pressured to pay and tip as to not cause conflict and I regretted it immediately. However I will never use this stylist again. Do your research ladies & gents. Buyer beware!
