We purchased a brand new LG Washer and Dryer just 4 years ago. In fact my entire immediate family of 6 are loyal LG consumers with LG televisions, mobile phones, and kitchen appliances. But our LG clothes washer started rusting around the bleach port/dispenser within the first 3 months. Both BestBuy and LG deferred responsibility to each other, and in the meantime I was seriously injured and spent several months recovering in the hospital. Now the entire left front corner of our LG clothes washer is disintegrating, leaving rust stains on every piece of clothing we try to wash !!! LG, should be replacing the defective tops at no cost to consumers !!! User's recommendation: Don't buy any LG defective merchandise !!!
