[protected] I have problems with the attitude of J&T runner whom covers my area. He refused to hand in my parcel to the 4th floor at my doorstep and yet asked me to get down and get it by myself. I have already let him know that I am currently pregnant and due to our current Covid condition, I prefer not to go out anywhere and this is the reason why I choose to purchase online. This is not the first time I am facing with his bad behavioural manners. He did asked me where is my husband and I'm so mad with this question as my husband is working abroad and currently in Dubai, he-the runner should not ask me this. He should just done his job by handing me my parcel! And as per the attachment, it was really funny to read his reason of failure to deliver at 2343hours : DILUAR WAKTU OPERASI. Of course! It was already late at night and if it was true he did came to deliver, who on earth will open the door for him at that hour whilst the husband is not at home! That's all!
