This company has numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau and I will be adding to their list. They are scammers. DO NOT buy furniture insurance...Your claim will be denied after over a month of calling the company and getting the run around. Norman, the manager will tell you the claim has been denied. Furniture insurance is an absolute joke...Keep your money and help put scammers out of business!
