For months, this company has been taking money out of my checking account because for some reason a duplicate account had been created for me. Yesterday, they told me I would be receiving a refund of $432.00 but it wouldn't be processed for 7 to 14 days! I spoke with my attorney about this and he read the reviews of the multiple billing errors this company is having with customer accounts. I called back and asked for an expedited refund and I could not get past a 20 year old client services rep. They are all young girls working there with no experience. Do not join this company! They will erroneously take your money and then stall on getting it back to you. User's recommendation: RUN!
