Very upset. 1st vacation since covid. Planned 3 months ago. Ive already dumped 1000s into a time share. This club Wyndam was my timeshare vacation. A water leak at club Wyndam Austin on June 27, hotel was cancelled July 30th, 2 weeks before our arrival. Screwed our vacation &;;;; cost us 1100.00 instead of 249.00 for another hotel. Poorly handled & horrible management waiting so long to cancel our hotel. The way it was handled including the extra expense has been a huge disappointment. Wyndam should offer us a complimentary stay when fixed hotel fixed. User's recommendation: Run, RUN, RUN.
