Thank you for stealing my financial aid, ruining my GPA and closing my account preventing me from purchasing my books, and making me overdraw my bank account to pay my electricity so my 2 month old doesnt freeze to death. I posted $700 in payments to pay for these things for your customer service to close my account and tell me they dont have to read the disclosure and they dont have to have a definitive yes or no when they ask specifically if they want me to proceed. Now, Im a week behind in 3,7 week classes and Im losing my financial aid. That is what your company does for students lol. User's recommendation: Do not go with discover. They do not care. Chase freedom and capital one have better cash back options and they won’t take your payment so you can purchase books and pay your electricity so your 2 month old can stay warm.
