Called the office when I was told from a friend that the doctor would not be there on my appointment day. When I called to find out if this was true, they said yes, he and his wife were not in, they were at DISNEY. I stated I was upset they did not inform me of this when they called the day before to confirm the appointment and that because of this, I have to cancel my appointments. This is when I promptly got hung up on. I was a patient for years, but now I am urgently searching for a new doctor who can actually show up for work.
