I called in Kia motors 866-331-**** and spoke to 3 rude representatives BACK TO BACK. The last representative HUNG UP on me. I called because a representative took my payment for $530.38 said a confirmation number will be sent to my email on 05/14/2021 . That never happened. I spoke to unit manager David and he did not give explanation but kept telling me i can make a payment. User's recommendation: no recommendation AT ALL.
