Went to a movie at musgrave center & used my vitality discount for my daughter & she decided not to watch the movie so i went to see it instead, i was not allowed to because it was bought for her on her vitality. I didn't want to waste a ticket therefore i decided to watch it, the manager avish would not allow it or refund me the ticket, he was extremely rude & unprofessional, this is the first time i ever had a problem at musgrave center ster kinekor, i have been coming to this cinema for years, other managers were always very helpful & professional, the cinema was extremely quite so i dont see how it is a problem that i use her ticket as it would just be wasted. The next time ster kinekor employs a new manager please ensure you hire a manager who actually has some manners & a way with people not rude & someone who cannot speak clearly!!! avish is a terrible manager in my opinion, everyone before him was good & extremely helpful
