Bought a bran new creekside in 2017 and 3 years later the floor is rotting beneath our feet! Even with extended warranty they say its not considered a major component. After insurance looking into the matter they presume the trailer was built with wet building materials, being a 4season unit they sealed it that way causing sweating since we took possession of it . Not only did the dealer not try to help out in any way they passed us off , Pure shame! I would never purchase another product from you again. User's recommendation: Terrible product.
