There is no reason why we should be experiencing rolling blackouts in 2021 when the temperatures are in the single digits. Are we still using antiquated resources? The public was advised that these rolling blackouts would be 15-60 minutes at a time. Some people are experiencing blackouts every 1-3 hours, some 4-5, and others 0. My household has been without power for over 28 hours, no rolling anything. Some have experienced the devastation of water pipes freezing and rupturing. The customers pay whatever outrageous price Oncor demands including during time like this when there is no usage. I'm trying to understand how it is that certain neighborhoods are cozy and warm while others are not. I understand that the ones who control this monopoly are only concerned with their bottom line profit and have no regard for lives. To you, the controllers, if you take your eyes off of the money, and focus on a genuine concern for people, you could gain much more and money. User's recommendation: Stop the monopoly!
