Robovac not working

I have attached the invoice for the Robovac bought a couple of months back. This is under warranty. We ate trying to call customer support since 2 weeks but no one picks. I want a replacement or my money back. Else I will have no option but to go to social media and consumer court. User's recommendation: do not buy.
