Me and my wife Reserve this room for a small vacation for 3 Days in Midland Michigan we did not realize anything until we checked out and came home my wife left her luggage on the floor of the room two roaches went inside our luggage and we didn't realize it until we started unpacking with this experience I contacted Holiday Inn and they still haven't contacted me back with no results I am very highly upset never again with Holiday Inn. User's recommendation: Never again.
