Hi I have been smoking this brand since 2010 and in the last month I've noticed it's flavourless dryer and not pleasant too smoke has the process changed I'd appreciate any information so I don't have too find a new brand because I love riverstone I'd as Also like too too ask for a refund off possible for the last 3 30 grams I've brought in September thanks hope too hear back kylie
