Riverside Book

I made this bet on the Kentucky Derby last Saturday morning. Just like I have been doing for the past 15 years, without incident. I said I want to bet the Kentucky Derby, he says what track? I told him Church hill downs. That was the first hint. I told him my bet was $40 to win on # 7 and a $5 reverse exacta # 7-10. He hands me my ticket and I hand him $50 and my players club card. He says we don’t do that anymore. That was the second hint. I said OK and put the ticket in my wallet and left. I assumed the man had the enough sense from selling race tickets on derby day he would at least know that the Derby was race # 12. That incompetent action cost me $206.00. As you see he put my bet on race # 11. (see pix below) I feel you should stand behind your people when they err against your clientele and that you should honor this ticket. Up until now the Riverside has been my favorite casino for gambling. That is probably not the case anymore.
