Our son has a rare genetic disorder and is unable to speak but knows very basic sign language (i.e. help, thank you, more) He uses his AAC device to play different games and one of those was a game by Flaregames. In 13 days he purchased $2,000.00 worth of add-on's. We contacted google and they stated they could only refund the last 48 hours, and did so. They stated the developer would refund the rest and sent the developer an email and asked me to forward their email as well, which I did. The developer responded with "we do not provide support via email, go to our site." Their site does not have a number or anything so I contacted google again. They stated they would investigate.
