Ripping off Senios

Hewitt Jackson said I needed to file a simple return to get my second stimulus check that I never received. I would not have needed to file otherwise. My only income is social security. My adjusted gross income was minus $174. I was shocked when they billed me $179 for the service. User's recommendation: Tell. Clients cost up front.
