Ripped parcel

Hi J&T On 8th September 2021, I received my parcel and was disappointed to find out that part of it was partially open. I would totally understand if my parcel was ripped by unavoidable circumstances but I can tell my parcel was clearly being ripped off on purpose. And this is not the first time I have encountered such incident. I've seen and read so many complains from others who use your courier service as well. Is ripping off the parcel part of your SOPs? Because I don't see this thing happening in other courier services. Besides, I am not sure which station or J&T centre that caused this liability. Thankfully my item was not stolen nor defected due to the irresponsible act. I hope you guys care to explain and resolve this issue to avoid the same incident happening again in future; not just for me but on behalf of other consumer of your service as well.
