i would like to know how to get power companies to stop charging customers for prepayment meters. It seems that if you have to use prepayment,you have to pay for the privelege of the company installing the meter which i think is very wrong. Surely the power company should cover the cost of the meter as they are already overcharging the customer for power. So does anyone know how to go about getting these charges dropped or who you need to complain to, to get something done about it.we are being abused by these companies who get awat with it.
