On May 2018, I purchased a two way ticket from Emirates . com I picked the most expensive one because it allowed for returns and changes without any fees. When I canceled my return ticket that cost me over 1, 150.00 USD they only made a refund with 307 USD. Every time I called their customer services number I was told that they dont have the authority to assist me, and that I had to file an online compliant. But they ignored all of my complaints . I never heard back from them. Simply put, they are a punch of thugs practicing modern fraud.
