Wife and I bought 2 phones and were told we would get a $100 credit for both phones. We traded phones on the same account and then were told we don't qualify as we swapped phones!? Can't talk to a support rep they are a faceless organization hiding behind a keyboard not willing to talk about the way they ripped you off. User's recommendation: Look elseware.
