So I signed up with Advocate my meds, had the paperwork emailed to me and paid $120. Completed the paperwork and mailed it in. Non stop calls, emails and text telling me they had not received my paperwork. I dropped it in the mail at the post office and it went out that day. They claim to have never received it, spoke to them about it a few times. The paperwork was never resent when they said they would but they continue to charge you. I called today to cancel and it took more than 30 minutes because the guy wouldn't give up, he kept trying to talk me into just giving them a few more months to get it right. It got to the point this guy just raised his voice and continued talking over me, trying to overrule my objections by drowning me out. For those that this program works for I'm glad they're helping you but don't be surprised when it goes to *** For those who are thinking of trying Advocate My Meds please do your research, a lot of manufacturers have patient assistance programs that will provide your meds free or very discounted - just google patient assistance for your meds. If you do decide to sign up make sure you've got extra cash in the bank because these guys are gonna take it every single month... whether you've gotten your meds or not makes no difference to them.
