Rip Off Company/Horrible customer service

I paid for expedient processing/shipping 2 day, @ $21! It was my choice I know. Problem is I placed order 11/30, & as 7pm on 12/4, still do not have my purchase. Called customer service which is vetted out of course, and they refused to refund/credit the extra $ I paid. Not asking for free shipping, just the extra I paid for 2day delivery. Obviously NOT an American company
